I’ve eaten here many times over the past 3 years. Always fresh and delicious! So many options.

Celiac here, ordered GF option of hummus and the arugula salad for dinner, and the waitress seemed confident about preparing the food separately and letting the kitchen know about the celiac prep. I still got glutened and was sick for two days - will not be returning.

Kid Cashew is one of my go to spots in Charlotte. The staff is very knowledgeable, food is delicious and reasonably priced and the decor is incredible. I have never gotten sick and eat here often.

Ordered a gluten free salmon Caesar salad. It had croutons on it. When I called to ask for a new salad, they didn’t seem to understand why croutons were an issue. Very disappointed for a restaurant that had such high reviews for gluten free safety.

I have celiac and got the gyro togo in a rush and it was DELICIOUS! I didn’t get sick.

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff and my food was fantastic! I had the gyro (first time in 10+ years) with no bun (preference) and a side of Brussels sprouts. Really enjoyed the atmosphere too!

The reviews from previous guests are on the mark. My son, who is celiac, really enjoyed the Scottish Salmon. I had the lamb burger, tasty but rich.

We were visiting from out of town and loved this place! Great options, knowledgeable staff... SAFE! I had a burger and tasty kettle chips, spinach dip with GF bread to dip. Yum!

Awesome food, atmosphere and service. Much of the menu is GF and for dishes that aren’t, they can modify almost all of them. Great find!

My new favorite restaurant! Great gluten free options! Italian sausage with creamy white beans, beet salad, shrimp and polenta and Brussel sprouts! Mediterranean tapas.

Wow! I found the food to be excellent. I had the lamb burger and my niece (no allergies) had the regular burger. We thought our burgers were delicious. I’m also dairy intolerant. Our server Liz was terrific and knew exactly what could and could not be on my burger. Will definitely do again.

Almost everything on the menu is already gluten-free or can be made gluten-free. I ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich, and I've never ever had a gluten-free bun that was that good. Super buttery and flakey, and the sandwich was a great portion. We also ordered the wood fire grilled octopus which was a good choice. Loved it, no reaction! Definitely will go back.

The food is good but the portions are small. Almost the entire menu is marked as gluten free or able to be modified 🤗

Nice options and food was decent. Very friendly about working with you. Brought appetizer spreads for group and veggies for me as well as a stove grilled bun so I could have spreads with some bread too. Definitely would go back.

Food is delicious and most of the menu is either gluten free or can easily be made gluten free. The options are all clearly marked on the menu. I have eaten here several times and always received good service- the staff seems to be trained about allergies and celiac specifically. They also are very accommodating if you have multiple allergies. I was able to order many of the dishes without dairy or eggs.

Pretty much anything on the menu can be made GF. Tons of delicious options and our waiter was extremely accommodating!
