I have eaten here three times without issues of gluten or dairy. I love that the menu is well laid out with GF & DF options. My favorite is the portobello sandwich on a GF bun.

We went to dinner there tonight, my boyfriend can’t have gluten or dairy. we were told there was no diary used and that is was safe, and as always we avoided anything that would even come close to gluten. not even two hours later my boyfriend is have trouble breathing and me without any allergies am feeling sick. i do not recommend if cant have gluten or dairy :(

Picked this restaurant based on their menu and location. The staff was great and the food was amazing! Almost everything can be modified gluten free. They also have a vegan menu. The food is very fresh!

I’ve eaten here and the one in Mt pleasant SC several times. I have never had an issue with gluten here and it’s always delicious.

A variety of interesting and hand-crafted small plates, appy’s and entrees are offered. The Half chicken and lamb skewer entrees had a warm, toasty flavor from the wood fire oven. Delicious dishes like quinoa stuffed avocado, sautéed shrimp polenta and wood fired beets with pistachio and goat cheese are mouth-watering. Great vibe and outdoor seating. GF items are denoted on the menu.
