I used to love Killer Burger. They claim to have gluten free food and before, I would agree. They use good quality meat. The fries hold their own. I could get a bun-less burger, and fries (as they don't fry anything breaded) and enjoy my meal. I called today, to verify they are still gluten-free friendly. Let me preface this by saying I know, full-well, I'm taking a risk by eating out any place, which is not dedicated gluten free. I accept that risk. I have eaten here before, and thanks to them being kind enough to change their gloves, and make sure my burger isn't grilled where they may grill a bun, I've never had a problem. Today, I'm informed they have a policy of no glove changing...ever. The also have a policy of refusing to make sure they use a safe area on the grill to minimize contamination. This is ridiculous! Any other restaurant will do these two basic things: change gloves and use a part of the grill where bread products aren't warmed. I loved the food here, but the attitude is unbelievable. I won't be hitting up Killer Burger again.
