Not celiac friendly

I went in and talked to the kitchen, there is cross contamination at this place. They do not cater to severe allergies. If you get sick from cross contamination do not eat here. If you have a less severe allergy or are just gluten free then you could be fine though.

Not gluten free! They are gluten aware though. They do not offer gf baked goods any more but do have gf bread though I felt really uneasy about the whole experience. Would not recommend for anyone with a gluten allergy or sensitivity. I have celiac, fortunately I did not get glutened, but I did not feel safe about the way the food came to me. The staff seemed aware but a little lazy. Good if you are looking for a cheap meal but I was nervous the whole time whether or not I was going to be glutened.

The food was good however my mom and I who are celiac intolerant both felt sick to our stomach and had headaches (possibly due to cross contamination) within an hour after eating. That night, we couldn't eat dinner and went straight to bed. A day later we still felt the same way when we woke up. If you are sensitive to gluten, I would not recommend eating here.

This little cafe is fantastic. They offer items from a local dedicated gluten free bakery. You can even place orders to be delivered to the cafe from the bakery instead of traveling the extra 20min to the bakery.Discuss with the waitress about your gluten allergy and be sure they are aware of it so extra care can be taken in the kitchen.
