Caters to gluten sensitive or those who are dieting. None of the fried food is safe, and the fact that they STILL market it on a "gluten free" menu makes me think pretty much nothing is done in terms of cross contamination. Bothers me that there aren't any warnings on the menu that it's not a good choice for celiacs or those with severe allergies.
Couldn't eat there because, upon further questioning, all the fried items are unsafe. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the upshot is that this place is not safe for celiacs or those with legit sensitivities.
