The owner knows how important it is to have the food be gluten free. She says she can make you almost anything with the gluten free sauce, just ask. She will even give you a gluten free soy sauce packet. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve eaten with no issues. I get lunch here almost once a week.
Manager is very friendly and knowledgeable about preparing GF dishes. The bad news was that our carry out meals were all too bland for our liking and required lots of soy sauce and spices at home to make them worth eating. Broccoli stems were too hard to eat too. Very disappointing since we wanted to love it. No one got sick so place seems Celiac friendly. Bubble drinks were awesome so we may just come and get those in the future.
