What an incredible experience! We had two servers come over to us and cross off stuff on the menu we couldn’t have. We got the squid salad and masaman curry, both dishes without any fried topping components. No, there’s no dedicated fryer so don’t have anything fried if you have Celiac’s like my partner and I do. Our food took a little longer to come out because they actually washed the pans they used and made sure there was no cross contamination! The food was really special and tasty and the service was wonderful. We fellt very taken care of! Highly recommend this incredible Michelin star for people with Celiac’s!
