This is a great small plates/ tapas restaurant and I checked out the menu online before hand to make sure there were options because I am celiac. I was initially excited when I saw a handful of items marked gluten free. When I got to the restaurant they had another QR code on the menu for specific allergy information and I thought that was really amazing and helpful. When I clicked on that however the 5 items that were marked gluten free were not truly gluten free because on closer inspection they had soy in them. I panicked a bit because that would only leave 1 item to eat but I then talked to the owner Rick and he was super helpful. I asked if the soy was tamari gluten free or regular and he said regular but there were 2 or 3 items he could make 100% gluten free by leaving off the ingredients that had soy in it. I explained to him that the menu was a little misleading for someone with Celiac's disease because the items he marked GF are not truly GF, however they will 100% make the adjustments and we're really pleasant to work with. I would go back because they listened and they made the extra effort and the food was delicious!!
