DO NOT GO HERE!! This was my worst experience ever dining out. Staff does not care about allergies, it is not a safe environment. I ordered a gluten-free meal after speaking with the manager about items that could be made gluten-free (showed me a handwritten piece of paper off of her personal cell phone) because of my allergy. My meal was served with bread and Panko. After speaking with the waiter they “returned it to the kitchen” but only the bread was removed. Additionally, the waiter denied that it was Panko on my barbecue, claiming it was gluten-free. I tried to remove it, still not trusting, but had an allergic reaction as crumbs were still left on the barbecue. When we immediately requested the bill, staff questioned why we were unhappy refusing to fill up our waters as my symptoms got worse.

This is not a gluten friendly place. Went for a party. Called ahead of time and told that the bbq was gluten free and there were a few items on the menu for me. They have no gluten free menu. Waiter had crumbled paper in his apron with "gluten free" items. Waiter did not care about my allergy. Was served ribs with a piece of bread on the tray. Told Mac and cheese were gluten free if bread crumbs were not put on top. Be careful eating here. Told management they need to train staff on food allergies. I was glutened and got very sick. For such a beautiful high end restaurant, I was very disappointed.
Update: called and left message with restaurant group that own kinfolk. Never called me back to discuss my incident. Horrible customer service.
