We were in Pagosa Springs approximately one week and ate at Kipp’s on five occasions. The food was outstanding, my wife with celiac never got sick, and the staff were very knowledgeable on what my wife could consume. Several items for gluten free. I

Waitress was knowledgeable of celiac and helped with selection from menu. Had fish tacos and they were great! No reaction so it was wonderful. They carry gluten free beer but were currently sold out so had a Hawaiian margarita (think pina colata taste) that was also great.

Staff was super knowledgeable and easy to work with on making our sons meal safe. Also, any meal can be made with corn tortilla’s giving us a ton of options. Food was excellent as was service! They do not have a fryer so the chips are safe!

Very knowledgeable staff. Lots of options. Guacamole is great. I had the chicken tacos, which were great. My husband (not GF) loved the fried bologna sandwich special.

This place is great! There’s not a lot for GF, but they do a good job helping you out. The items marked GF on the menu are all great! A FAV is the Jalapeño Poppers!

The fish tacos were yummy and also had the Jalapeño poppers which were good but needed a special sauce of some sort to make them outstanding. Cute place but can get very crowded in their small space.

We came into town and I was sooo happy to find a place that had good ratings. I was a little worried at first (just because I had never eaten there before) but the hostess and the waitress were so knowledgeable they put my mind at ease...and BAM! I'm so glad they did because the food was fantastic. Yes, I dropped the F bomb-FANTASTIC!!!

All GF items are marked on regular menu. I had the spicy shrimp tacos and they were amazing! Delicious, fresh flavors in the tacos as well as the salsa and guacamole we had. They brought several sauces to the table but the tacos needed nothing. They were perfect just as they were. They also serve cider and corona, so you have GF beer options. Finally, they offer the peanut butter mousse pie from Sugar Rush, a local dedicated GF bakery.

While the Kips in Pagosa is super knowledgeable and the menu is flexible and accommodating, this location has a totally different menu and is not celiac friendly. My son was reduced to getting the grilled chicken sandwich without a bun. Fries are not safe, waiter said the rice had gluten. My son ate a rubbery chicken breast and some tortilla chips and within an hour felt sick. We won’t be back.
