Delicious! The foccacia and pita are delicious breads for sandwiches. Great to have entirely gluten and dairy free restaurant but not all items are vegan so plenty of meat and egg options.

This place is by far the BEST! Fully Gluten, Wheat, and Dairy free facility and menu. An extremely diverse menu of items as well, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. This place is by far one of the best you can go to if you have any allergies of any kind!

The food was delicious. Our youngest has celiac, and it’s hard to find food that is gluten free that she likes. Safe to say that she, and the rest of the family LOVED it. The next time we’re on this route we will definitely stop by again!

Everything was flavorful and fresh! The sandwich bread was one of the best I’ve had and the blueberry lemonade was tasty. (The cookies and donuts are delicious but closer to the texture of a muffin)

Absolutely incredible place. I don’t know how I have had celiac for over 6 years and never heard of them! They are about a 20 minute drive from where I live but I would happily drive further to eat there!!! Had the Medshroom tacos and I was blown away by how delightfully doughy and not crumbly the tortillas were and how flavorful everything was. I also got an incredible smoothy and some of their baked goods: chocolate orange zest cookie, double chocolate doughnut and apple cider doughnut. I am looking forward to making this my new go to and it is so nice to not have to worry about or explain my allergy every step of the way! The interior and staff are amazing as well!

I was so happy to find this place! We were visiting friends in the area and we all stopped there for lunch. It was great not to worry about any cross contamination. It was weird to walk into a restaurant and not have to explain anything… we just ordered! I am vegan by choice and am very sensitive to gluten, dairy and sugar bc of a chronic illness so it’s rare that I can just walk into a place and order off the menu with no changes. I had pesto zoodles with focaccia. It was delicious. My mom who is allergic to gluten had the mushroom naan tacos and she loved it. The 2 non gf people in our group enjoyed their Turkey Sandwiches as well. It has beautiful decor and an outdoor seating area but only countertops inside. The only downside is they are only open until 3:30 or 5 depending on the day so you can only do a late lunch or early dinner if you are there in the afternoon.

Delicious gluten free food in a dedicated facility.Tons of vegan options including breakfast and desserts.One of the few places where I actually feel comfortable eating. Everything is also organic and healthy. I try to come here every week and get extra to take home.

I think this was the best bread I’ve had in two years! Loved it all. Note no indoor dining but they have a sweet backyard garden with tables if the weather isn’t too cold it’s lovely.

Cute outdoor picnic area with delicious gluten free food. I had the chicken (real not deli) sandwich with bacon, avocado, red cabbage and gf bread. Everything is fresh made in house. The bread was particularly delicious. Added sweet potato fries and blueberry/mint lemonade. Those with me had bison burgers. Was excited to go here and it did not disappoint. Enjoy! Will return!

Finally I found a place that people with Celiacs can go eat. The entire establishment is Gluten free, no chance of cross contamination. Their Avocado toast was so good. And their Bison burger was amazing. Going through the whole menu so I can try everything

Holy cow…what a find! This is my new favorite restaurant. Wonderful blend of flavors, beautiful presentation, large selection of gluten-free meals, affordable pricing. The only downside is that it’s far from home. Hi and enjoy!!!

Everything was great. Salads were fresh and delicious and my husband had a yummy sandwich. We sat outside under the umbrellas, which was nice. Seating inside is a little limited. Definitely want to come back!

I’ve ordered at least 10 times in past few months and eaten most items- sandwiches, tacos, and bowls, juices, coffees, iced teas- EVERY SINGLE item is soooo delicious and fresh. It’s so exciting to eat a sandwich or meatballs and bread! Love this place and yes it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for and this place is worth it!!

AMAZING OPTIONS! The food was fantastic and had unique options you normally don’t see, like strawberry thyme lemonade. A must try! It made the foodie in me happy.
All choices are super delicious. I have been eating here since Joe (owner) opened a few years ago. All gf restaurant with many vegan and paleo choices. Absolutely a must for celiacs because it is a safe eating environment. Dedicated gf restaurants are far and few between so patronizing KO is so very necessary for celiacs. Large beverage menu includes protein shakes and cleansers. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Remember, KO closes early daily.
100% gluten and dairy free. As a Celiac breastfeeding a dairy intolerant baby, this place is heaven. Great breakfast and lunch options. Love sitting out back in the garden. They make everything from scratch and grow herbs and veggies in their own garden!
