Came into the cafe looking for a quick, healthy low-glycemic breakfast before a client visit. Celiac safe prep of b-fast sandwiches. Good lattes. Have DF options as well. Good WIFI. Friendly service.

Meh. The coffee is serviceable? I had chips because I’m allergic to milk 🤷 looks like some decently good options if celiac is your only restriction, baked goods are individually wrapped in a separate case, probably came from a separate facility, there’s a little sign saying to tell them if you have allergies, I would feel very safe ordering food here as far as gluten but I didn’t so I can’t speak to it

so surprised, lots of gf options! i am an extremely sensitive celiac and was fine here with a bagel & cream cheese, separate preparation, they were very accommodating.

New cafe that offers gluten free breakfast sandwiches on bagels or bread, paninis, baked goods that are prepped offsite, and salads. They are super knowledgeable about gluten free preparation and have a separate area where items are made including a separate panini press and toaster. Full menu of coffee and espresso as well. Great new spot!
