We LOVE KJ’s & it’s just down the road. I was so bummed when I started my new dietary lifestyle because it meant no more pizza, but then I found out KJ’s has gluten free crust. I finally ordered it tonight & it was so good! It’s a thin crust & you can’t even tell it’s GF. As for safety/symptoms, we will see, but as of right now I’m feeling good!
I called ahead of time to check their gf measures. They offer a pre-packaged gf crust and use fresh utensils for slicing to avoid cross-contamination if it's made clear that it is ordered gf due to celiac. The service was friendly and fast. They were quick to go through which menu items could not be made gf.
I ordered the Brooklyn. The food tasted absolutely amazing! If this goes well, I will have found my new favorite pizza place.
