Glutenfreies Schnitzel war problemlos möglich und die Pommes werden in einer extra Fritteuse zubereitet. Die Kellner fragen nach präferierten Gerichten des Kunden und hören dann beim Koch nach, wie diese GF umgesetzt werden können.
