Yum! The Knew Potato Caboose is a dedicated gluten free food truck that serves gourmet French fries. My daughter and I (both sensitive celiacs) have tried multiple items from them and loved it. French fries with cheese and bacon, plain French fries, or other French fries with toppings. I loved the bbq French fries. They are available at the Congdons at Night food truck venue.
