40 minute wait after our reservation. Had to pay to substitute something when they didn’t have another option. If cross contamination is not a worry then go ahead but if celiac inevitable contamination awaits you.

While the chef was aware that we were gluten free, he still used the same spatula as those eating soy sauce on their food. Definitely not safe for celiac and those with severe allergies.

Offers GF soy sauce. Both staff and chefs were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious. Obviously there may be some cross contamination issues that come with any teppanyaki type restaurant, but a wonderful meal very reasonably priced.
