I ordered a Togo order, the man that answered the phone was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. The chicken fried rice was amazing.

Menu:They didn't clearly label the menu but some of the stuff like sushi is pretty straightforward to tell if it's gluten free. Salad:They didn't have any gluten free dressing but they still served salad without it. Soup:I think it was Japanese onion soup they served and they claimed it was gluten free but my celiac SO ate it fine without any reactions. Main meal:If you sit at the hibachi grill rather than in the dining room you can still order your food as usual and they cook it in the kitchen with gluten free sauces.Overall I think it was good and there were no reactions.

Delicious and safe food !! Workers were so knowledgeable about what was safe and what wasn’t. Food was amazing ! Felt very comfortable eating here and recommend it to everyone! So nice to be able to eat hibachi again with my family! They cook the GF meal first so it’s safe and then cook everyone else’s food. Have GF soy sauce and the boom boom sauce is GF as well.

I skipped the “GF Chicken fried rice” that wasn’t guaranteed to be GF. I ordered 2 salmon rolls with rice, cucumber, carrots and avocado with GF soy sauce. Didn’t have any issues. Server knew nothing about celiac disease or anything about gluten free items.

Sorry, Jackie, but I told them up front about my celiac. Not only did they rattle off 5 different dishes, they cooked it in a dedicated section of the back kitchen. All the fun of hibachi without the problems. BTW, my food was ready before the hibachi. We'll be back when in town.

So amazing. That cooked my food first and made sure everything was separate without making me feel bad like some places do
