The staff was very knowledgable. The moment I said Wheat allergy the waitress told me what to avoid. She also brought me GF soy sauce. The Hibachi chef cooked all of my food first to avoid any cross contamination. Every time there was seasonings he would ask if that was ok! This is the best trained staff I have ever encountered.
