They get it if you say you want the order gluten free. When I placed a delivery order for me and my (non celiac) spouse,they weren’t sure which items were supposed to be GF so they called to confirm! Love that level of care. Delicious too!

They have GF soy sauce and are well informed as to what is GF or not (the veggie broth is not, alas). Food is good, reasonably priced and I didn’t get sick.
