I only recommend getting sushi here if you have Celiac disease. Stick to the simple rolls like maki tuna, Philadelphia, shrimp avocado and you should be just fine! I refuse to even attempt the hot food and Chinese dishes.

Staff had no idea about gluten and just kept talking about gluten free soy sauce. Ordered seafood chow mein, and it was served with imitation crab (not gf). Had to send it back. Food was not great.
Basically, they are familiar with gluten allergies.
Their menu does not contain gluten free items.
They can prepare chicken and vegie items gluten free using steam to prepare and gf soy sauce to flavor. However, preparing this way excludes the really good tasting stuff.
This is a Chinese, Japanese and Sushi place. While they do not have a separate GF menu, they are very GF savvy and will tell you immediately if you accidentally order something with gluten AND if possible offer you a variation of your order that is GF. I love this place so much that when they seat me the waitress automatically brings over the GF soy sauce as she comes to get my drink order. There is a slight wait for the food as it is all prepared fresh. This place looks like a small diner from the outside (it used to be one) but the food and affordable prices will blow you away.
