The servers didn't know much about gluten issues, but that didn't matter since they showed me a list of the items that contained gluten. With that information, and the help of the kind servers, I put together a yummy meal that left me without any side effects.

Hands down the best Poke outside of Hawaii! They have the freshest fish and the entire restaurant is spotless clean.

They understand gluten free and have many options.

The staff is great. Very knowledgeable, happy to explain the gluten free options/menu, and made for an amazing experience. Different utensils for everything, and changed gloves in between guests.

I'll be back every time I'm in AZ. Thank you!

Basically a Japanese Chipotle style, can get rice, greens, all kinds of raw fish to add. Can top with their version of caviar. Nearly all sauces are GF. 90%+ of menu is labeled GF. Seaweed salad is NOT GF.

This place was great if you like poke bowls. You can get larger or smaller. You can get poke on greens or with rice. The sauces are marked as GF on the menu. When I was finished I wanted the mochi but when I asked if it was GF, they said they didn’t know, so no. But I went and googled the company and found that the mochi was gluten free. While I was eating them I saw the GF symbol right on the packaging. So I went over and told them for future customers. Stay away from the blood orange flavor. That one didn’t have the right texture for the outer layer.
