I’ve eaten here 3 times, and got sick after my last visit. I got their short rib bowl, which has a GF option. They do not take cross contamination seriously (which is not entirely surprising because it is a food truck). The staff mocked my request that they be extra careful with my dish and I had to explain to them that I have celiac disease and why that is serious and not a fad diet. Likely won’t try this place again.
