The breakfast was slammin’. The team whipped me up a ham egg and cheese sandwich. Came with sweet potato chips which was a great surprise.
The staff was very knowledgeable about GF! They came to my table and warned me about gluten in one of the sauces with the eggs florentine on gf toast and offered up a GF option to replace it with.
Great spot! I’m GF and mainly vegan. Was surprised at the amount of options they had. I settled on the Pesto wrap (on bread instead for GF). The bread is kind of small, but they give lots of toppings. A little pricey for the size, but it was good. Would definitely return and try the adult grilled cheese or a dessert item.

I visited late in the day and didn’t see any gluten free desserts/ sweets. I may have just missed them. I ordered a turkey & provolone sandwich on GF bread and the house made sweet potato chips.
I was warned that they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination, but everything on the sandwich was safe for me.
Sandwich (and the bread!) was quite tasty and the staff was very nice. Well worth the walk to the far end of the shopping district!
Cute little shop. Enjoyed my eggs florentine with gluten free bread. The baker introduced herself while restocking the pastry cabinet and she has Celiac herself. The gluten free blueberry muffin was delicious as well.
Wow! A very cool place with yummy gluten free adult grilled cheese. They also had numerous gluten free dessert options. I opted for the vegan gluten free snickerdoodle and it was delicious.
Great food! Ordered the grilled cheese on gluten free bread. The soup of the day was minestrone and they add the noodles separately so the base was gluten free!
Great and friendly service! The breakfast bowl of goodness was fabulous. They have other GF options but there is no dedicated space so they cannot guarantee no cross contamination. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful
Breakfast sandwiches can be made with gf bread! I had a ham, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel but on gf bread and it was delicious! They offer a few baked gf items. Hot chocolate is good! Lots of vegan options as well!
It was absolutely wonderful! We had the Cuban and Grown up grilled cheese both on gluten free bread. Several dessert options all made in house! Definitely recommend ❤
Kollective has gluten free bread for sandwiches, and they will clean the sandwich press if you just let them know that gluten is an issue. They always have some sort of delicious gluten free treat as well! My favorite coffee shop in town!!
Such a good find!!! Visiting for a few days and I was just looking for a place to get coffee.. pleasantly surprised by all the gluten free breakfast options!!! I got a gf cheesecake and it was delicious and felt very safe so I definitely recommend :)
Celiac here. This place was a surprise! We came just for coffee and they had lots of GF options! No bagels but they did some toasted GF bread, GF cookies, GF cheesecake, it was great!
Husband is Celiac had the bowl of goodness as vegan gluten free and it was delicious.
They had gluten free pastries in the case that rotated. I had the yogurt and granola. The granola had a gluten free options, which was so good!

Loved this coffee shop, had the caramel latte with a GF chocolate chip cookie (stored separately from other pastries). Service was great but be warned that there’s always a line so it took a while but the people who work there are great. My coffee was sooo delicious!
Enjoyed the grilled cheese, with ham, on gluten free bread & a salad, and it was delicious! They did not have gf goodies at the time as they say it rotates as to when they have them. *They can do the bagel breakfast sandwiches on gf bread as well. Will be back!
Nice little coffee shop in a grand old storefront. Coffee was delicious & we enjoyed the GF chocolate scone w/o issue. They also had blueberry scones, not sure what else was GF as we were happy w the scones.
They only carry gluten free biscotti right now as far as baked goods go.
Great coffee and a few tasty GF options that could also be made Dairy-free! Staff was knowledgeable about what was GF. Quinoa salad is my favorite.
If you want to eat tasty nutritious while in Hot Springs, you can’t pass this place up. I had the blissful balance breakfast on gf bread, a gf mushroom strata, and ended with a delicious macaroon. Great coffee too!
The cappuccino was excellent the guy did not know what gluten-free was noted to have anything gluten-free left it’s 2:30 PM
They we're cleared out of all their gf products but had a fresh batch of macaroons. It was good. :)
Sandwich was just ok. The macaroon was wonderful! The raspberry ice tea was also really good.
Fantastic coffee place! Great coffee, friendly staff, and gluten-free treats. We had the carrot cake cupcake with molasses frosting, it was so good! We also tried the gluten-free chocolate dipped macaroon, it was delicious also. The staff seemed knowledgeable and understood what gluten-free was and why it's important. Highly recommended.
Edited: Somewhat knowledgeable of Celiac. There seems to have been staff turnover at this place in the last year and I feel less confident than I used to here. They do their best and have Dempsey’s bread, but make certain that they don’t run it through the toaster or you are toast.
