Not celiac or severe allergy friendly! They do offer gluten free pita and bowls do not have gluten, but all the meat and pitas are made on the same surface and surfaces are cleaned with a simple wipe down. I didn’t feel well after eating here even though they offered preference or allergy.

My stomach hurt so bad after eating here. The owner has celiac so I felt comfortable eating there, but it didn't work out. They scrubbed the grill down before putting my pita on it and changed their gloves and used a new spatula. I think it was the grill. I never eat anything off a grill that gluten is prepared on. I also tried both soups, which they said were gluten and dairy free, maybe that was it? Idk.

The lamb is not GF, but the pork and chicken both are. Really good pitas made fresh. The chicken lemon rice soup is perfect. It's been a long time since I've had a proper gyro.

Gluten free fresh made pita, very good. They do not have a separate grill to make the pita but did scrape the grill and used a different spatula.

I’ve never had a reaction after eating here. The staff is super knowledgeable and they clean the griddle off and keep things separate!

Food is great and the manager is great at making sure they change gloves. They scrap the grill before grilling a GF flat bread. They also have bowls so you don't have to have a Gyro. They are also very good at telling you if the food is GF. The lemon rice soup is GF and good!

NOT SAFE. The “gluten free” pita is cooked on the same griddle as the gluten pita, after only a scrape with a shared spatula. The fryer is not dedicated, both pita and the fries are cooked in it. There is just a big tub of flour at the start of the line (think chipotle style, down the line) for the gluten pita and it spreads into just about everything else. The lamb isn’t gluten free.

Nothing safe at all for a celiac. Attempted to make gyro using GF pita by putting sandwich paper in a pile of wheat flour. Lightly scrapes grill to heat pitas and meat - not a safe grill for celiac. And fries fryer is NOT dedicated. Wish I could recommend but do not even try for with any gluten issues.

this place is fantastic. The manager takes the time to check in with my family at each visit, the food is phenomenal, never been contaminated after visiting once a week since they opened and I am very sensitive.
