So they will make things gluten free if you specify to cook things separately in the oven that would normally be fried like tater tots and wings. The owner is very well aware of that but the other workers sometimes need to be told to place it separately in the oven. They are very transparent about their ingredients and the gluten free pizzas are amazing!

Has delicious gluten free pizza. Had it many times didn't haven't had any issues. Then got very sick from the pizza, emailed with the owner who was very nice & understanding and said he would discuss with staff to be more careful. Seemed to take it very seriously. Tried to try it again but sometimes they are out of it so will have to try again another time.
