I asked about gluten free options and they use GF Soy sauce !! Very polite and absolutely delicious. I still got boated probably because I ate the entire thing in one sitting. I didn’t get specifics on if they actually change gloves/have separate area, but they did understand the regular soy sauce wasn’t gf so I appreciated that

Was so excited to try this place based on other reviews and it did not disappoint! I had the Hibachi (also asked for it to be egg and dairy free) and it was delicious. Server was knowledgeable and asked the manager when he didn’t know something. This one will become a regular.

Awesome place, was shocked such a good gluten free place is in gardendale. Doesn’t have a gluten free menu, but the waiters are pretty knowledgeable and air on caution. I ate the hibachi with gluten free sauces including soy sauce. They were unsure about the vinegar in the sushi being gluten free. I tried anyways and I’m celiac with no issues. Delicious food have already been twice now and will be back

They don’t have a gluten free menu but when I told our waiter that I had celiac he told me the things they could make gluten free adjustments too. Which was almost everything. I got sushi and a side of lo mein noodles and both were great!

Manger and staff are very careful when Gluten Free items are requested. They offer their own Gluten Free Soy Sauce. The waitress and waiter both took the time to point out Gluten Free items on the menu.
