This place has a lovely atmosphere. Menu clearly marked gluten and specified if a dish could the modified to be gluten free. Had delicious tapas and they even had made on the premises GF bread! All the desserts were GF too. Perfect evening.

The kitchen does not have designated gluten free preparation area. After speaking to the waitress, she said all the food is made in the same area so there will be cross contamination (this is also stated on the menu). The place looked nice, but we never ate there.

Delicious tapas and full sized plates. Many gluten free items are noted. All desserts were gluten free the day we went. I had roasted vegetables and beef. Very flavorful!

Best meal in Sevilla! We loved the meat and veggie options and panna cotta for dessert. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I am gluten free (Celiac) and vegan. This has been so difficult in Spain because all vegetable based dishes have been so bland. La Bartola clearly labels all dishes to allow one to make dietary choices. Hubby had fried squid and grilled beef with potatoes, which he loved. I had a cooked veggie dish that was bursting with flavor. I was also given gluten free bread that was delicious dipped in the sauce from my veggie dish. We shared a yummy chocolate panna cotta (vegetarian, not vegan). We both agreed this was the best meal we've had this whole trip.

Get the pork cheek. We ordered a second serving even though we were full. We might be back again before we leave…

Edit: The thai rice was phenomenal, but overshadowed by the pork cheek. Try both!!!

Outstanding! They serve a mix of typical tapas and creative daily specials. We loved the pork cheeks with cheesy potato purée, the panna cotta with chocolate, and the lemon cream dessert. For best service, go before 4:30. By 6:00 the place will be full. I’m not sure how they avoid cc when they’re busy, but I’m feeling fine today, no gluten reaction.

Lots of gf options including bread, local speciality Iberian pork cheek stew, as well as beef, salmon tatami, octopus/squid and 2 deserts - chocolate panna cotta and caramelised apple. Great service - but VERY popular/busy.

Delicious food! We went back around 5 times in a week for various meals. Very knowledgeable about all of their food, the ingredients, and potential cross contamination. Over half the regular menu is GF and most others can be made so.

Excellent GF tapas. The waiter even suggested modifying the sardines to go on GF toast so i could have it.

Amazing food from tapas to larger meals. Brought extra cutlery out when they realized the original came in the bread/cracker bin of the glutenful sides for my non-GF friends.

I came to this place following good reviews and was not disappointed. While in Seville I ate there twice. I showed waiter my GF travel card in Spanish and chef came out to talk to me.
