Came here for a work event - ordered the bolognese with gluten free pasta (spaghetti) and no symptoms 6 hrs later! Food was great.
No idea on back of house preparations/precautions, or if I just had good luck, but the waiter did mark gluten free when I ordered and they specifically called out gluten free when it was brought to the table (party of 8).
All in all, great food, great atmosphere, will be back!
