Server was very attentive and happy to ask kitchen about whether the chips go into a shared fryer. She told me everything that goes in the fryer is gluten free, so that was great news. Most of the menu is or can be made gf.

Had a great experience - I don’t get gastro symptoms so can’t say for sure but the waiter told me that nothing glutened goes into the fryer. He double checked that my girlfriend wanted flour tortillas (we like to share food a lot) and switched them out to corn. When he came by to drop off water, he almost freaked out saying oh no you can’t share because he forgot that she switched to corn tortillas. He was that concerned about me not getting glutened. Appreciate the service. Also has nice garden in the back for outdoor dining!

95% of their menu is naturally gluten free. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they are happy to make accommodations. The service is impeccable and they even offered the change the orange liqueur (triple sec) or well tequilas in my margarita that they said tends to bother some people, which I didn’t know! My favorite is the shrimp tacos and their guacamole. 5 stars!!

All but two items on the menu are gluten free. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about celiacs and said there there were no risks of CC - even the chips were gluten free! I had the guacamole, lamb taquitos, and Mexican chocolate cake for dessert (and I’m still in disbelief that the cake was gluten free - it was so good!). Everything was wonderful, definitely a must when I’m in philly from now on

This place had amazing gluten free food! It is so convenient because it is located near many museums. It is also vegetarian friendly. EVERYTHING on their menu is gluten free besides their Carnitas, and a couple tacos that used gluten , but even with those tacos you can ask for a corn tortilla instead of wheat. So since nothing went in the fryer that contained gluten, their amazing chips were gluten free, and their was no cross-contamination (which usually happens at other Mexican restaurants). I would absolutely recommend this place if you are spending the day in Philly. The food was delicious and it was very Celiac friendly.😀

Both my daughter and I are Celiac - and both of us and my husband and other daughter (not Celiac) LOVED this place! Delicious fried fish tacos, mushroom tacos, and chicken tacos. Nachos were awesome as well. Server was very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Walking distance of art museums and Franklin Institute. Will come back very soon!!

My family and I were amazed at this place while on a college visit! Only one item on the menu wasn't gluten-free so everything was an option. My wife had the mole that was the best we've ever had(including rice-flour pancakes) and I had the bass which was sitting on top of the most delectable rice mix. Don't miss the sweet plantains either! By far our favorite restaurant of the trip - recommendation - get reservations!

(FYI - wife and daughter both celiacs - no problems and the whole staff is very aware of the issues - rare in Philly!)

Awesome Mexican restuarant. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable and authentic staff, but the best part, is the food! All the food on the brunch menu can be made gluten free. Yes that is right, ALL the food! Be prepared to be overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices if you are a Celiac! There were two desserts (chocolate cakes) that were not gluten free, but after the main meal you will not have room for dessert! The corn tortillas were excellent, maybe even hand made??? The plating of the food was incredible as well. I would highly recommend going here and I will be back on my next trip into philly. There are multiple locations in Philly so you have no excuse not to go! Expect to pay around $20 a head for an entree, drink and side.
