Delicious homemade Peruvian food in a lovely, low key atmosphere. The restaurant is somewhat “tucked away” in the Rockville Town Square. I’ve only been here for dinner, but they also have lunch. They have several items marked on their menu as either “can be made GF” or “are GF.” I’ve been here a few times and haven’t gotten sick. I can recommend the ceviche mixto, pollo saltado, and arroz con mariscos. The next time I go, I’ll ask how the yucas fritas and papas fritas are prepared. If they have a dedicated fryer, I’ll update my review. I’ll also ask about dessert. I’m GF and DF, so I know there’s nothing for me, but I think they have at least GF dessert (crème brûlée de quinoa).
