Ordered the calentado for breakfast. I confirmed with the restaurant that the arepas are made with 100% corn and are gluten free. Breakfast was simple, delicious, and cheap. I love their rice and beans and the queso fresco that is made in-house is a great compliment to the breakfast. I will definitely be trying more menu items. I do have Celiac Disease, but be aware that this is a bakery that bakes cakes and pies/ non-gf items.
UPDATE: ordered the birria tacos today and they were literally SO amazing. So tasty. They also labeled the container “allergy” which was very comforting.
