Super friendly staff that did not mind cleaning the prep space for my gf ham&cheese crepe. Really yummy, prepare for a wait time. Had a smoothie and hot coco too!

I love this crepe shop! The staff took my gluten free request seriously and though it took extra time, I appreciated the care with which they prepared my order. The portion size is very satisfying and presented in paper wrap, making it a perfect street food.

The food is amazing but the guy making the crepe became a complete jerk when he found out he had to clean the area to reduce the risk of cross contamination. They are obviously not trained well in gluten free/cross contamination if he thought he could just make it GF on the same griddle. If you eat here definitely watch them and make sure you note at the register it’s an allergy/intolerance. He did do an amazing job cleaning the area/utensils after he already started but like I said before was a jerk about it (I’m assuming since he already started the contaminated one) I am giving 2 stars for safety but if you notify them at the register I feel 5 stars for safety.

Although they advertise they have gluten free options such as their crepes they are cooked on the same cooking surface as everything else! Cross contamination at its finest!!!

So good ! Even though the disclaimer is out there that it has to be made on the same iron as others when told it was an allergy it was called out loudly for all to hear and lots of care given to clear / clean the iron and area and handled carefully :)

Amazing Crepes! Huge selection of crepes. Almost the entire menu can be made GF. Employees were very attentive and cautious. They cleaned the station and washed their hands when preparing the gf crepe.

The gluten free crepe was delicious enough that I questioned it’s gluten free status! It was thin and very pliable. My wrapper was clearly marked and the chef cleaned off the griddle before cooking.

This place was amazing. The crepes were so good! They cleaned 3 separate crepe makers to make my family's gluten free crepes. There were 4 of us so they did 3 at once and then the 4th one. While the 4th one was cooking they kept the other 2 they had cleaned empty to make sure there was no possibility of cross contamination. They took our need to be gluten free very seriously. We will definitely be back.

As soon as I specified Celiac, staff understood what I meant without further explanation. GF marked on my ticket and crepe wrapper. They immediately sanitized their station and changed gloves. I had a horizon crepe and iced coffee with macadamia flavor shot. Everything was insanely delicious. Highly recommend.

Fantastic celiac friendly service!!! Most of thier menu gluten free exept for some obvious ones like the strawberry cheesecake crepes. Had gluten free crepe mix and new about cross contamination. Delicious and reasonably priced as well! I am a celiac and I had no reaction what so ever which is rare for me!
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

I ordered the breakfast gf crepe and it was fabulous. When I told them I had celiac, he pointed out the gf specific crepe maker. No issues at all.

They offer a gluten free option and it’s yummy BUT make sure you tell them it’s for a gluten allergy and then watch them make the crepe. They used utensils that had just been used on a regular crepe and cross contaminated our crepe! They cleaned everything and made a safe one but if you don’t clarify your needs it will be cross contaminated.

GF Crepe was tasty. Got a sweet and a savory. The crepe did not hold up to the savory juices. Good taste. Took my back to the base of the tower in Paris.

I’m a Frankenmuth local, born and raised, and work in town, and one of my favorite places to have lunch is Crepe du Jour! Almost all the crepe’s can be made gluten free, they take the extra time to clean their space to keep the risk of cross contamination at bay, and the food is GOOD! Thanks so much for being one of the few places in town who includes options for people with dietary needs and going out of your way to help me!!

My wife is a celiac and has never had a crepe before. I saw the few reviews for this place on the app and decided to take a chance. Not only do they have gluten free crepes, most of the toppings are also gluten free. They even cleaned the cooking station and were super careful. My girlfriend did not get sick and was so happy to have her first crepe.

Not safe for celiac. We were planning on heading here for breakfast this week but upon looking at their website they clearly state there is no dedicated cooking surface or crepe pan. They wipe it between crepes but nothing else. :( Not safe for celiac.

The staff was super friendly. Answered all questions. I have many food allergies and was extremely satisfied. They cleaned the crepe maker and was careful with my food.
No safe to eat at ...no dedicated cooking area for gluten free items. Too bad, we traveled two hours because of other good reviews....but when asked about dedication area, staff said that only when they first opened was this the case.
No
We ate here a few times this year and have been very satisfied with their crepes. They used to have a dedicated surface for gluten free, now it is more risky.
Not Celiac safe. Went in today after reviews to hear they do not sanitizer because then it would be tasted. So all crepes are cross contaminated per the staff!!! They had four crepe makers not one gluten free!!’ Very disappointed. Ate a cupcake for breakfast 😞.
Very good crepes. The staff was very nice and easy to accommodate Gluten Free. We got here early enough that they hadn’t used all the grills yet so it was safe for me.

We had a baseball tournament in Frankenmuth. We ate crepes 3 times in five days. A total of 7 GF crepes with no reaction. Very friendly staff very good crepes!

Absolutely delicious and they were very knowledgeable about cross contamination! I can't wait to visit again 😊
Amazing crepes! Monte cristo, ham and cheese, sierra, bananas foster, grand mariner, strawberry cheese cake with no graham crackers and the French toast needs to be ordered without graham crackers. My family of 6 was stuffed and happy when we left. ( with left overs) we highly recommend this cafe. Enjoy. Bon Apetit!

We had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Monte Cristo. Both were AMAZING! Knowable staff. They answered all our questions and cleaned the station before preparing our food. We will definitely be back!

Delicious crepes! The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and I didn't get sick.
After reading that this restaurant was gluten free and not having crepes since I was forced to abstain from wheat, I joyfully exclaimed that we were having crepes for lunch!! Big mistake. My gluten free crepe was so soggy and doughy that I filed it appropriately after only a few bites. My boyfriend isn't gluten free and didn't even enjoy his. That was a bigger waste of money than paying to watch Bill Murray in Groundhog Day. I recommend you avoid. 👎🏻

Absolutely amazing! I've never in my life had crepes before (diagnosed Celiac 11 years ago) and these were phenomenal! My husband who isn't gluten free said they were wonderful. I am an extremely sensitive Celiac- been hospitalized multiple times throughout the years after accidental ingestions and I completely trusted this place. They are meticulous with preparation and even take an extra step to re-oil the cast iron prior to gluten free crepes. Although the cast iron is shared, the 400 degree temperature plus the extra oil completely kills everything. You watch your crepe being made so it's essentially impossible for mistakes to happen. Also, ALL the fillings (besides graham cracker crumbs) are GF! What an amazing experience to have the entire menu to choose from and feel so comfortable. Will absolutely be coming back!

I had a wonderful gluten-free Monte Cristo crepe. I could not tell it was gluten-free. It was cooked on a separate griddle for gluten-free items. My husband had a regular ham and cheese crepe and he enjoyed it. I am gluten sensitive, so I do not know if this place is Celiac friendly.
Sullivan Crepes here are simply amazing the Savory crepe menu it has lots to choose from if you go with the Microsoft
Excellent! They clean equipment if you ask them.
very good and very careful in making my crepe.
Amazing!!! It has been so long since I had a crepe and they were so good!! Possibly the best meal I had all weekend! I liked that you could watch them clean the cooking space and cook your food to watch for possible cross contamination. We liked it so much, we are going back tomorrow before we leave to get breakfast crepes! We got a club and a banana, strawberry, and chocolate crepe. Both were great but I liked the savory better. I love dessert but the savory one was great. I think the sweet would have been good with the peanut butter or Nutella but I was afraid of cross contamination with them. Must go for anyone who is GF in Frankenmuth!!!
