This was a very popular and busy place. Service was excellent, the savory crepes are made from buckwheat flour. I had the roasted fig, blue cheese, ham and walnut crepe. It was heaven! Everything was so good, we are going back for breakfast for our last day in Paris!
Gluten free crepe options, good food, good service, Celiac family member ate without any issues.
Both the GF members of my family had savory crepes that were quite good. The sweet crepes (not GF) were amazing. Service was pretty normal for Paris. Not terribly attentive but the food came quickly for as crowded as the place was and they didn't hassle us about drinking tap water.
Beautiful place. The savoury crepes are already gluten free, as they use buckwheat. The savoury ones are not already gluten free, but if you ask they can make them gluten free for you. Absolutely delicious - we had cheese & ham, and nutella on buckwheat crepes. No ill effects either, so happy they are safe!
Beautiful place. The savoury crepes are already gluten free, as they use buckwheat. The savoury ones are not already gluten free, but if you ask they can make them gluten free for you. Absolutely delicious though. I was so happy I was able to enjoy gluten free crepes in France. I am a symptomatic Coeliac and didn't get sick here.
Excellent food! Their savory crepes are made with buckwheat flour. Their sweet crepes are not, but they were happy to make their sweet crepes with the buckwheat flour upon request. The buckwheat crepe is a darker color than the wheat flour crepe. I had no problem here and ate breakfast here everyday of my stay in Paris!
Very fast service, a great range of fully gluten free crepes to choose. The meal was very tasty and amazingly one crepe was enough to leave me full for many hours. I strongly recommend. I am a celiac and I have pretty strong reactions to gluten, I felt perfectly fine afterwards.
Fun place, great food. My wife said they couldn’t have gotten us the food any faster if they read our minds! Buckwheat is used for all savory (dinner/lunch) crepes. For sweet / dessert crepes please tell your server you are GF and they will use the buckwheat. We ordered lunch and decided to stay for dessert. When we ordered dessert we did not tell the server and they brought it out on a regular crepe. We ate some of the ice cream and whipped cream and noticed the lighter colored pancake. Asked the waiter who apologized and brought us new desserts. An amazing experience and great food. Be sure to visit The Pantheon when you are there (1 block away!) I thought is was a small yet amazing museum.
They have buckwheat pancakes which are gluten free but unfortunately cross-contamination cannot be avoided in any way as all pancakes are prepared on the same stove. If you are sensitive to/ want to avoid cross contamination, stay away from this chain. Otherwise the food looks decent (albeit we didn’t ultimately try it)
I ate at their Sheung Wan branch but it was delicious. I believe the branches are the same
Delicious buckwheat crepes. The staff are well informed about GF. We asked if their ice cream was GF and they were able to tell us straight away that the sorbet was and the ice cream wasn't.
