They used to have a dedicated fryer but got rid of it a few months ago for some reason. They fry up all their corn tortilla chips first thing in the morning, when everything is cleaned, but I was warned about the high possibility of cc anyway. A server was misinformed of this 2 weeks ago and had told me that they did have a dedicated fryer, because I had specifically asked based off what I ordered. But then I got sick, hence why I asked someone else the most recent time we went.

Menu isn’t huge but about half is GF. They use corn tortillas for fish tacos and beef tacos. Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination and what you can and can not haves

Wait staff dismissed GF menu request saying they had seen one, but thought is was for staff only. Lots of GF drinks and options on the menu If they are actually GF. Left feeling unsure. :/
