I eat at this place every time I am in Taos (a few times a year). Every server I have had knew exactly what I could eat and also understood what celiac disease meant. I love their shrimp enchiladas but everything is good.

The server knew exactly what was GF/not GF. Food was brought out super quickly and was great!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and the food was wonderful! Plenty of gf options and totally safe for celiacs like myself. It's a tiny little place that doesn't look like much on the outside but it's very clean and cute! We sat inside but there is a back patio with more seating as well.

Great place and VERY knowledgeable about Celiacs. Our waiter told us the things we couldn’t get since most items were gluten free. Instead of chips, we had warm corn tortillas to dip in the salsa and guacamole. The food was delicious and loved sitting in the courtyard. Great place!

Staff very knowledgeable and careful. Waitress brought everyone separate plates for the ceviche with instructions not to dip the chips in it but to spoon out the ceviche onto plates to avoid cross contamination! They brought me warm corn tortillas for the ceviche. Had the Chipotle shrimp enchilada, delish! Also able to have the flan.... yummmmm 😊

Traveling with 2 kids and this place was great. My kids had chicken tacos with no problems and they had flan for the first time. They shared one and immediately begged for another. No dedicated fryer - so bring your own tortilla chips.

The staff was wonderful. They knew all about Celiac and were able to make sure I was safe to eat what I ordered. I'm Celiac and dairy free and had the Huevos Rancheros with no cheese. It was delicious! My non-gf husband also really enjoyed his dish too (combo plate).

Food was delish and they were super aware of all my concerns. The combo plate let me try a little of everything. Wish I had room to try the flan.

Despite its humble appearance, this place is a fantastic dining experience. Fine dining service in a casual atmosphere. Many menu items are gluten free. New Mexico cuisine doesn't get any better than this!

Very good Mexican food! And I was amazed at the staff's knowledge of Celiacs, cross contamination, and what ingredients they use that are safe. Great place!

The best Mexican food ever! They have options to increase or decrease spiciness of food with the green and red sauces. The guacamole was excellent! Staff service was very knowledgeable on gluten free selections and preparation (which most of the menu is GF). I would highly recommend this place to all celiacs and gluten sensitive customers.

Awesome food! I was in town for a conference and ate here 3 of the 5 days. Super nice staff, really tiny place though.

This really doesn't look like a very promising place from the outside / decor but the food is very good and the servers are knowledgeable about celiac disease. Lovely to have so much choice!

The food was great and it was wonderful to have choices. Everything on the menu except two things could be gluten free. The sign in the window even mentions they have gluten free and wheat free food. I had the combination plate and especially loved the chili relleno. My non-GF spouse cleaned his plate and declared it all wonderful, too.

Honestly, I wasn't sure about this place when I pulled in, but decided to try it. It's so clear how much pride and care go into this restaurant -- it's clean, professional, and the food is very tasty! I felt like I could order what I WANTED! Plus...they deliver! Delivery GF? Yes!

Very good food. We had the Plato Combinado. First Chile Relleno since my diagnosis in 2011. It did not disappoint!

The best Mexican food I've had since I went to Mexico ! Waiter brought me my own corn tortillas and a spoon so that I wouldn't cross contaminate the appetizers. I heard him specify to the cook that I had Celiac. Service was also exceptional.

Worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. Taco was soggy, chile relenos was mushy. No cilantro anywhere.

Wonderful food and perfect service!! I have celiac and my brother in law is extremely sensitive to cross contamination. The server was knowledgable about his menu and what is gluten free. Would def recommend if you are in the Taos area and need gfree. :)

Amazing food! Small little hole in the wall but truly authentic Mexican food. Opens at 10am and serves breakfast. Has a lot of gluten free options! Definitely recommend.

Great food, great price point. When I inquired about gluten free they immediately asked if it was celiacs. It's clear they understand about cross contamination. The food is very very tasty and really inexpensive- in the heart of the historic district.
