Do not eat here if you have Celiac. I asked the server if the meat was marinated in gluten and he said it would be fine and that people eat here all the time with no problems. Then I asked another server and she said it was NOT gluten free and the meat in made with beer. It’s best to just stay away entirely. Almost got glutened, glad I didn’t.
To be quite honest, the food was great. Except the waiter did not seem to take my allergy seriously - he said he would check to see if chips and menu was gluten free, and he never got back to me. When i asked a second time, he rolled his eyes. I don’t think the staff is trained to deal with allergies, and I’m not sure they take any measures to prevent cross contamination. I ordered the tres mares appetizer (ceviche) and a la plancha tacos (grilled fish tacos). Super delicious, but I felt sick after. Would not go back even tho I commend the chef.
