So disappointed because I’ve been here in the past and it was awesome, but they seemed to have changed their menu to include many more gluten items than they used to. I don’t really feel comfortable ordering here after seeing the new menu. I’m sure there’s still something, but I left.

I went in and saw they were cooking flour and corn tortillas in the same grill. I asked and they confirmed that it is not celiac safe.

In an area that can be something of a food desert unless you want to pay and arm and a leg, La Esquina is a wonderful find. The items that one would assume are gluten-free are, and I didn't get sick the two times I went.
The tacos are fantastic, as are the margaritas.
During COVID, they had an outdoor dining space that was still up as of mid-December.

Visited here after finding it on this site and it’s really great! The menu is confirmed 100% gluten-free (besides lunch sandwich specials). The employee at the counter was super knowledgeable and helpful! Great tacos!!

Delicious meal, entire menu is GF!

We really enjoyed The delicious amazing food!
UPDATE & Reduced Rating: I double checked and they are now serving torta sandwiches with regular bread and no longer a GF taqueria. NO longer celiac safe or for those sensitive to cross contamination.

Old review
Food is all GF with a good amount of Vegan options. Not obvious by the menu, but if you tell them they’ll advise which are vegan and which can be easily be veganized.
Avocado and Mushroom tacos were pretty. Good. I loved the guac and chips and black beans and rice. If you’re sensitive to heat, let them know. I enjoy spice but, the jalapeños in our dishes are not for the average diner.
They have drinks that are NOT all GF, so keep that in mind. They have Casamigos tequila so that made me extra happy. Great spot.

Used to be 100% gluten free and would eat there at least once a week. Brought back their tortas recently which are made with non-gluten free bread and all are made in the same tiny prep space. They still advertise as 100% gluten free so beware.

They are now serving sandwiches with regular bread.
Hell yes. This place is delicious and 100% gluten free. Worth the wait if there's a short line during lunch hour on weekdays.

If you don’t have to be careful about cross-contamination, I’d eat here. But recently I’ve gotten sick after eating there even though I thought it was a dedicated facility. One time it was when I got a side of beans (I know dry beans are often cross-contaminated so maybe they weren’t careful about their sorting) and the other time was on a day when they were serving tortas (sandwiches) that did not appear to be gluten free. YMMV.

AMAZING! Completely gluten free and the food was delicious. We had the chicken quesadilla and the ribeye steak taco... highly recommend trying those. No issues at all if your celiac.
100 per cent gluten free. all mexican food
Excellent with the gluten free, however, if you want chips, you have to buy them in a bag, and they don’t have sides of salsa... they only have jars. Their tacos are small and they only have soft tortillas (no hard shells). If you want a large portion, I recommend getting a lot of tacos or a salad or a bowl. It is not a restaurant, it’s more of an “order” and “pick up” place. They do have seating.
