La Estacion doesn’t have marking on their menu to denote GF items, but they still do have a lot of options. The BBQ and sauce are all GF and delicious! Make sure you tell them you need a GF option as they’ll make it on the order, and make sure their bread and arepas (which aren’t GF) are removed or put on the side if someone else in your party wants them.

Flavorful steak! I asked for a salad as my side. Tasty. Knowledgeable staff. They could do all meat GF and are flexible with the sides. The BBQ sauce is delicious (I tasted my husbands). Arepas are not GF.

On Mondays most restaurants are closed so this was a real find for me. Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. Arepas and mac and cheese were basically the only things on the menu I couldn't have. They don't use flour in any of their sauces. I had delicious sofrito garlic grilled shrimp with rice and plantains. The server made sure to speak with the chef to make sure nothing was cross contaminated.
