When you order a cauliflower pizza they ask you if it's for allergy or preference, which says to me they have some understanding of contamination.
Hi Amy, Josh here from La Familia. First off I apologize for the delayed response. We do take celiac allergy very seriously which is actually why we actually ask are you Celiac or Not and print it on every kitchen ticket. When you order a Gluten Free Pie, We make sure to scrape out the oven, change our aprons, sanitize a pizza cutter and then wrap it in aluminum foil and place it inside your pizza box, Use fresh ingredients that have not had any risk of contamination yet, and cook it in its own oven. We make sure that we only use gluten free pepperoni in the store as well as any other ingredients that have the option to be gluten free. Because of this we reccomend that sometimes especially on a friday you order before or towards the end of the dinner rush because there are times that we cannot ensure that there will not be cross contamination and we do not want to risk it. We also have gluten-free penne, in which we boil fresh water and cook any of the pasta dishes to order. We also offer Chick-Pea wraps which are gluten free for any of our sandwiches. Let me know if you have any more questions
Gluten Free Pizza Crust options: gluten free and cauliflower, Gluten Free pasta. We also take celiac disease very seriously and when ifnkrmwd that you have severe gluten allergies we clean the ovens out and prepare your food separately with new ingredients (that havent been prepped,) in order to ensure no cross contamination
