This 5 star restaurant exceeded our expectations. Words can not describe the excellence in service and the food. We ordered the T-bone steak and it was cooked to perfection. When we checked in to the hotel they asked about the gluten allergy and then when we showed up to our dinner reservation everything was taken care of as far as the waiter and chef. The first course was a purée of sorts and they made sure without me reminding them that mine was gluten free while my husbands was not. The veggies are grown on site and the meat comes from a local butcher. The meat was the most tender t-bone you could possibly imagine. And for the desert the chef gave me two options that he could create gluten free. Worth the drive from Florence. A dinner to remember!
