I was hoping to get a modified gf version of a regular dish like a shrimp or chicken francese, but when I inquired the waitress (who was not well informed but very still extremely helpful) went to talk to the chef to see what could be prepared gluten free. She came back and told me they only had pizza (conte's) and pasta. I don't understand why chefs can't cook a piece of fish or chicken without flour. If I can do it, why can't a professional. With that said, even though I'm not a pasta eater anymore, I need something and the ravioli were actually very good.
I've eaten here sever times over past few years while visiting family in my hometown. Although they don't have a GF menus they do indicate on the menu they have GF pasta available and to speak with server, chef or manager with any allergies. Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten. They modified the Chicken Francaise to omit the flour and it was still moist and delicious. I also has the Manhattan clam chowder. The waiter came back to caution me that the chowder used corn starch as thickener but no wheat flour. I am pleased they take the extra precaution. The Manhattan clam chowder was perfect and I had no celiac reactions. A+++
