Great breakfast option for a mixed group. They only have one gluten free menu, but it’s really tasty and filling. It includes a cappuccino, fresh orange juice, a muffin, bread, scrambled eggs and yogurt and fruit. My non-coeliac boyfriend had avocado toast (not gf), which was also great. Staff was very friendly. We got there around 12.30 and it was BUSY but it was mostly locals getting their panini and coffee for lunch break. They state in their menu that the bread/pastry is wrapped in plastic to avoid contamination, which made me feel very safe. Highly recommend!

I didn’t love this place. I saw in the reviews here about a gluten free croissant - which they said they don’t do it was just the one gf breakfast option. The bread roll was so hard it probably could’ve broken a window. The scrambled eggs were nice and the muffin was relatively soft. I did feel unwell after eating here - which has been the first time on my Italy trip.

Gorgeous cheese and ham croissants the first time we visited, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Second visit we had the GF breakfast which was so good. Definitely recommend a visit here👍

Make a booking! We saw a twenty person long queue on a Sunday morning so opted for another café just around the corner.
Great service and a decent gluten free option. We had breakfast and they also made me some sandwiches to take away for lunch. Lots of non gf options too but staff seemed very careful not to cross contaminate.

What a great find right down the street from the Colosseum! Girl had the Senza Glutine breakfast option- orange juice, cappuccino, scrambled eggs, kiwi/strawberries/pineapple, peach flavored yogurt, small plain salad, a plain danish (but they spread with Nutella), and a large chocolate chip cookie! Loved it! Very busy place; clearly popular! Yes, there are lots of non GF pastries and sandwiches around, but the GF pastries were not near these ones. Would definitely return!

They have a gluten free breakfast menu, but contamination is strongly present. Would not recommend for celiacs. If you’re gluten free otherwise, go for it!

They had a set menu for breakfast with vegan, gluten free, vegetarian and many other choices. The gluten free breakfast was huge and included scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, salad, orange juice, GF bun and GF muffin. Great start to a long day at the colosseum and the forum.

Sat down for breakfast. Only GF option on menu was a combo of cappuccino, orange juice, scrambled eggs, yogurt and fruits and “snack gluten free”. No pancakes, croissants, etc. If you want pastries, breads and options go to La Pasticciera (it’s a 100% gluten free bakery by Termini, a 20 minute walk from colosseum). If you can eat gluten it looks good and the outdoor space is perfect setting by a fountain for breakfast.

Stumbled upon La Licata while on the way to the Colosseum. They had GF and vegan breakfast options, including some delicious pastries. Small and funky but crowded, and the breakfast was delicious: fruit, yogurt, pastry, cappuccino and fresh juice.
