from what they have told me, they do take care in preparing gluten free food but it is not a dedicated facility. they have salad and olive bar and provide 2 soups during the day. one is always usually gluten free. in the baked good section they will mark if the goods are gf and vegan. they usually have about 6 baked goods that are gluten free( example: blue cornbread, green chili biscuits, espresso cookies, zucchini cakes) they have a hot bar in the morning which u can choose what u want. u can have a sandwich made with gf bread and get chips or choose a salad from the deli section. the deli has a bunch of salads and theyll mark if gf. they make their own pizza crust- i recommend green chile pepperoni. my fav!! they can make u a whole pizza after 3.
