Great food, bit expensive.

I have celiac and have tried dozens of all gluten free bakeries and restaurants around the world. This was my favorite. The food is fresh and nourishing, the baked goods are epic (highly recommend the banana bread with blueberries), and the vibe is super cute. I will definitely be back!

I literary way here multiple times every time I visit Mexico City. The staff are very friendly and even remembered me even though I had not come to the city for a few months. It makes me happy to be able to enjoy a concha that won’t make me sick 😃

Friendly staff and definitely gluten free. We tried 2 pastries and they were both delicious

It was nice to have options beyond dessert, but the eatery food was a little bland. I had the chilaquiles and my wife had the enfrijoladas. We had to ask for hot sauce because there was no flavor. There were some dairy free options, but we noticed a couple errors on the menu in terms of DF food.
Would come back for the desserts, but not another over priced bland meal.

They have the best gluten free menu in CMXC. Super nice and polite and the food super safe ♥

Everything is GF. Cake was good, moist. Some of the foods definitely didn’t look at all like what they claimed to be (like the chocolate croissant), so I avoided those. Baked goods are made without refined sugars, so they have a bit of that stevia aftertaste/mouthfeel. They tasted good, but I’m not itching to get more. Savory foods were great (I had the pizza and omelette). Cute, safe place!

Our family enjoys the Polanco location the best. We pick up a loaf of bread every time we eat here. Not to miss!

Dedicate gluten free facility. Definitely not cheap however it’s a safe bet for traveling. Ingredients are listed in English y Español.

Definitely gluten free, echoing that the food is terrible, it’s also unreasonably expensive for how bad it is. I’d skip it.

They’re gluten free, but their food is dry and tasteless. Second worst gluten free bakery I’ve eaten at. I ordered a “croissant” which was like a dense gluten free pancake. Half of it was frozen. Half of it was hot. Service was meh as well.

Atmosphere is really cute and everyone was nice. I only tired a few of their pastries, but they have food too. The pastries were okay, but a little dry.

It’s a very cute shop and the person who helped us spoke English and was nice. We got a couple desserts to take away, plus a latte. There were signs that they have all day breakfast and alcoholic drinks. The walnut cookie and chocolate cake were good but not great (although i’d say that the chocolate chip cookie was not good. I’d avoid that one.) Still hit the spot for something sweet!

Amazing place. Everything is gluten free. They have a selection of cakes and they also have an all day breakfast menu with lots of options( eggs, pizzas, croissants, pancakes etc). Totally recommend

Not only is everything GF (pizza, sandwiches, cakes, pastries, drinks) but the menu also has options for other allergies like nuts, milk and vegan options.
This place is great for breakfast and serves it all day. We went for lunch and got a Hawaiian pizza (3 stars) and and Turkey sandwich with goat cheese and avocado (5 stars).
I recommend this place for fellow celiacs.

We came for breakfast and were in (glutenfree) food heaven! We had a warm banana bread, salmon bagel and an acai bowl and it was super tasty!!! Cappuccino was also amazing! Thx

I loved the food here. I had the crescent, pizza, and muffin. I thought it was all very good. The menu is also colored coded so you can choose items without dairy for example
Amazing food and descriptions of all allergens. Highly recommend!

I was son excited to find a 100% gluten free restaurant in Mexico that I made a 1hr trip to eat lunch. They have a lot of options in the menu that I wanted to have them all!!! What a surprise when my food came... the food was SO HORRIBLE even the drinks and desserts!!!! Definitely a bad experience. Wouldn't think to come back again even is I'd the safest place in CDMX!!!
Yes
I was so excited to find a 100% gluten free restaurant and they seemed to have so many options, but the food was terrible. I ate here twice in my 4 day trip to CDMX and both times the food was disappointing (chilaquiles and a chicken sandwich on the hardest GF bread I’ve ever had).

I very rarely provide reviews, especially bad ones, but if I were a Celiac tourist looking for a bakery, I would want to be warned.
First, the good things: nice people and nice atmosphere. Now the bad: the food!
It all looked very good, so I ordered four cupcakes to go. I tried the “keto” one at the store and it was so awful I could only stomach a few bites. I couldn’t wait to get the taste out of my mouth on the walk back to the hotel. Once I did, I opened up the container and tried one bite of another cupcake: not good. Then I tried a bite of another: still not good.
Turns out the bakers at La Otilia believe “gluten free” means “sugar” free!
This must have been not just a gluten free bakery, but also vegan. There’s just no other explanation for how awful those cupcakes tasted.

It’s a haven for celiac people as the menu is quite large; however, I might be the only one experiencing the terrible service. They had one waitress on Friday morning and she was slow, bringing one thing at a time. Cold bread, no butter... Hubby ordered sunny side up eggs and burned eggs came in... the enfrijoladas were ok, a little bit unsavory and the tortillas were tough. Overall, I don’t think I will come back because service sucks.

Expensive for Mexico but great for all dietary needs. This place is health conscious. Everything is GF. It lists all ingredients for each dish. What I really love is that it is a real cafe. You can get sandwiches, breakfast, and general cafe fare. If you want a place to sit and eat without worry of cross contamination this is the place. I did not care for pastries.
Absolutely delicious, and the safest Celiac spot in town! I went here every day of my trip, and it was good every single time. I got hooked on their goat cheese and avocado sandwiches! It's expensive for Mexico City simply because the food there tends to be so inexpensive, but it's not expensive overall once you think about it in USD. I was on a tight budget and had no problem eating here once or twice a day. Love it and would absolutely recommend.

Great place to find lots of gluten free options. This bakery is 100% gluten free and also indicates products containing other allergeens such as milk, soy , eggs... the food is great
Muy original, tiene platillos diferentes que hasta para la gente que no tienen bronca con el gluten los disfruta. una carta muy extensa de alimentos sin gluten, y la atención muy buena.
This place was my safe haven while staying in Mexico City for a few days. I found an Airbnb within walking distance and we walked here for every meal. Their coffee was great! A few of my other favorites were the turkey and cheese croissant, Hawaiian pizza and the churros with caramel sauce! Service was great and most importantly, I did not get sick. I was so grateful I found this place!

Que buen pan
su consistencia y sabor me encantó y me convencieron de llevarme a casa para varios días
Por favor pongan una sucursal en León
A true gem in Mexico City. The only dedicated GF restaurant/cafe in the city. I have eaten at this place about 5 times in the last 2 months. Never been sick once and I am extremely sensitive. The bread, food, desserts and drinks are delicious and well thought out. I've taken family members who are not GLUTEN FREE and they have also really enjoyed the food. The owner is always there and she is very knowledgable about all the ingredients on her menu. This place is fantastic.
