I arrived here feeling very unwell as I had been glutened two days earlier. The staff were understanding and assured me that everything they cook is gluten free, as it is impossible to avoid cross-contamination otherwise. They suggested something light to help me feel better - a type of bread that had zucchini folded into it. It was delicious and wonderful to know that it was safe to eat! This company has the “Associazione Italiana Celiachia” stamp.
