I confirmed with the waiter that no gluten items went in the frier. I did not trust that the gravy was gluten free, so I ordered a basket of fries with cheese and caramelized onions. The flavor was not bad, but it wasn’t that flavorful. If I had fries with only ketchup, I think I would have enjoyed it much more. It was the first time I’ve never finished fries however, if that tells you anything about the taste / flavor.
Most importantly for my celiac and gluten intolerant friends, I did NOT get sick. Which is the most important part of any dining experience.
