This restaurant is exceptional; the quality of food is superb and every single dish has all allergens clearly identified. In terms of GF, most dishes are clearly marked on the main menu (which is available in Spanish and English) with pretty much all of the remaining dishes available as a GF option, including the holy grail of deep fried squid. The meats are cooked on a charcoal fired Josper grill, so have an amazing depth of flavour. The GF cheesecake - the signature dessert of the region - was (according to my partner and my sister) better than the regular version. Amazing wine, GF beer, cider… we ate and drank like kings for €35 each. Kitchen and front of house team are completely up to speed on allergens. So incredibly good we’ve booked again for tomorrow!
