Had the Miso Soup and Rainbow roll without the imitation crab. The soup was very good! They use paper straws but I noticed right away and the bartender pulled out a plastic one for me to use with my cocktail.

Nice spot to have sushi in downtown Rincon, however they use imitation crab (or a fried soft shell crab), they put tempura crunch in the spicy tuna, and the chef accidentally put some kind of sauce on all the nigiri I ordered.
I had the rainbow roll (no crab) tuna roll, and the special roll (lobster/avocado/mango). They have gf soy sauce. Cocktails were awesome. I’m a sensitive celiac and did not get sick.
