Everything was phenomenal. Their tortillas were the best I’ve had since diagnosed with celiac. The flan was incredible. The bread pudding was not GF, but everything else was.

Best authentic Mexican food anywhere !! We are from out of town and first tasted their food two years ago. Since then, we have been waiting to return and today was amazing !!! Made our trip back to USA totally worth it!!

What a treat to find authentic Mexican food! We had the carnitas, adobada taco, Chile relleno on homemade corn tortillas. We tried the flan-save room. My husband said it was the best he’s ever had.

The beer and bread pudding are not GF, but everything else is.

This place is a gem. Ate there out and back from our Mt St Helen’s camping trip, and my 7 yo celiac was delighted to be able to order anything on the menu, especially the quesadilla. Everything we tried was delicious.

The entire menu is gluten-free with the exception of the bread pudding!! Our family stuffed ourselves on Carnitas, tamales, quesadillas, and beans and rice! Yum!

Incredible, authentic Mexican food in a family-owned and operated establishment. Limited seating. Be aware that they do not have or serve chips. Instead, as is traditional in their part of Mexico, they serve marinated carrots. Also, since avocados are so unpredictable, they are not served here either. BUT EVERYTHING THEY DO SERVE IS DELICIOUS!!!!

The food was delicious. We had the carnitas. The tortillas were absolutely amazing. I understand now why she told us 3 times that they are made from white corn flour. Hard to believe not wheat. They only gluten containing food in the restaurant was the dessert and she was careful to add that it is made in an entirely different area. . 2 1/2 hrs from home and I can see us driving up just to dine here again.

Absolutely the best authentic Mexican we have ever eaten. The owner gave us a run down on the menu, she was so passionate about her family recipes and it’s all gluten free, except a bread pudding. It’s nice being able to pick from such a plethora of options and confident that it’s all gluten free! The carnitas plate was amazing. The steak enchiladas too. Can’t wait to go back and try the fresh tamales. The house made corn tortillas are so warm and fresh, the best we’ve ever had! Everything was so full of flavor! Cannot wait to come back! Our new favorite place!!!!!

I chose not to eat here after calling the restaurant to ask whether the gluten-free items were Celiac safe. The woman said she didn’t know what Celiac was, and given the complexities of how easy it is for gluten to hide in places, it didn’t make me feel safe enough to proceed with ordering. It may be gluten free and safe, but not knowing what Celiac is makes it not worth testing on my body. If you are not Celiac, surely this place is great! Almost the whole menu is gluten free.

Excellent meals!! Everything was gluten free EXCEPT a single dessert item. We ordered four meals, a few single tacos and tamales. Seriously SO GOOD!!! As with any restaurant always verify that gf is still protocol any time you visit.

Celiac safe! The food is amazing!!!! Everything is gluten free and safe for celiacs. They hand make everything. Staff was knowledgeable and food didn’t take long to come. I got the chicken enchiladas and they were phenomenal. Definitely going to come back when we’re in the area. I highly recommend coming here for excellent Mexican food.

SUCH amazing delicious authentic mexican food!! Entire menu gluten free (only corn tortillas & corn flour used) EXCEPT one dessert item: the bread pudding, has gluten. Everything else is GF & safe. Amazing homemade soft corn tortillas. Wonderful service. Will definitely come here again if we are in the area again. Did I mention it was soooo good!

My husband and I usually stop at Burgerville when we’re in Centralia but decided we wanted tacos today. What a find! We may never have burgers and fries halfway between Portland and Seattle again.

I had the chicken mole with housemade corn tortillas and he had a taco, a taquito and a tamale. We were both very satisfied and plan to come back to check out the rest of the menu!

The woman who served us was very kind and I got the feeling they really take pride in their restaurant. The bathroom was very clean and I was not so antsy about changing my daughter on the changing table (one in each restroom!!) as I have been in other public bathrooms. It wasn’t *clean clean* but are they ever? Did the trick.

Can’t wait to go back. Don’t forget to try the flan too. Yum.

Amazing find near downtown Centralia - masa harina only flour used with all tortillas(homemade), sopas & tamales. They even use masa for batter for chili relleno. "Bread pudding" is only gluten on the menu. Delicious, confident eating. Owner was kind in answering GF ?'s and explaining how they have always used masa harina in their Michoacán recipes - even their mole! Clean, Cheerful, Easy on/off freeway = our new favorite stop between Seattle & Portland.
