Review of La Tarasca

My husband and I usually stop at Burgerville when we’re in Centralia but decided we wanted tacos today. What a find! We may never have burgers and fries halfway between Portland and Seattle again.

I had the chicken mole with housemade corn tortillas and he had a taco, a taquito and a tamale. We were both very satisfied and plan to come back to check out the rest of the menu!

The woman who served us was very kind and I got the feeling they really take pride in their restaurant. The bathroom was very clean and I was not so antsy about changing my daughter on the changing table (one in each restroom!!) as I have been in other public bathrooms. It wasn’t *clean clean* but are they ever? Did the trick.

Can’t wait to go back. Don’t forget to try the flan too. Yum.
